WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Any items returned with the smell of perfume, smoke or animal hair will not be accepted for return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Shoes must be shipped back in their original shoe box. The shoe box needs to be placed in another box or mailer bag to avoid damage from shipping. Failure of this policy will result in a $25 restocking fee. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returns.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept items past the 14-day return policy for store credit. If items are returned past this period, the customer will be required to pay a $7 shipping charge to have the items sent back.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All defective merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receiving. Merchandise that has been washed cannot be accepted for store credit.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?
Upon retrieval of your return and after it is inspected and accepted for return, you can expect an emailed E-Gift card for the amount.
